Spa days are a family affair for Nicky Hilton. The designer, 42, opened up to ET about her full wellness routine, from the skincare lessons she still follows from mom Kathy Hilton, to what goes down inside Paris Hilton’s iconic at-home Sliving Spa in Los Angeles, California.
“Our mom really taught us to take care of our skin at a younger age. … I’ve been religious about my skincare since I was 16,” Hilton shares.
According to Hilton, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s advice has never steered her wrong.
“She told us to never go to bed with makeup on and that sunblock is non-negotiable. … She’s always been very disciplined about that, and it shows. She still has the most flawless skin.”
These days, the Hilton family group chat is constantly filled with recommendations for treatments, supplements, and facialists, and products, with one current favorite being THE WHOO’s Youth Timeless Ritual Kit.
“It’s deeply hydrating, but still feels lightweight and gives you that luminous, glass-skin finish without looking overdone. … That kind of effortless, natural glow is always the goal,” she explains.

“Paris and I treat spa days as sister time. It’s our way of unwinding together. The Sliving Spa is very here. It’s very pink, fun, and over-the-top in the best way,” she shares.
“She has a cryo machine, LED beds, a hyperbaric chamber, and so much more. Last time I was there I did a Hydrafacial, which I loved.”
Even with access to all the latest high-tech devices, Hilton says her everyday practices are simple.
“I walk as much as much as I can, prioritize sleep, get monthly facials, and love to gua sha every morning.”
And the next generation is already following her footsteps. Her daughters, Lily-Grace, 9, and Theodora, 8, along with son, Chasen, 4, whom she shares with husband James Rothschild, all get in on the fun.
“They’re obsessed with a spa night and face masks and robes. It turns into a whole thing. I love that they see self-care as something fun and not a chore.”
