Following a surprise tribute from David and Victoria Beckham, Nicola Peltz has shared a gushing tribute to her husband, Brooklyn Beckham, who turned 27 on Wednesday.
The Bates Motel actress took to her Instagram account with a loved-up video, showcasing her husband lavished with gifts and a box of pink birthday donuts.
Alongside the video, Nicola wrote: “Happy birthday baby. I hope all your dreams and wishes come true! you light up every room you walk into and anyone who knows you loves you you’re the most special human and I love being your wife. I love you I love you I love you!”
The video came hours after Brooklyn’s A-list parents shocked fans by sharing their own birthday tributes to their eldest son, despite him claiming he “doesn’t want reconciliation.”
“27 today. Happy Birthday Bust. We love you x,” the former Manchester United player penned.
Meanwhile, Victoria also took to her social media page with two throwback photos. Sharing the same picture as David, Victoria penned: “Happy Birthday, Brooklyn, we love you so much.”
In the second slide, which showed a black and white photo of Victoria holding her toddler son, she wrote: “Happy 27th birthday, Brooklyn. I love you so much.”
Family tributes
Despite their current estrangement, David and Victoria have continued to include their son in their family updates.
During Cruz’s 21st birthday celebrations last month, David and Victoria shared a heartfelt video montage for the musician, littered with family photos featuring Brooklyn.
One photo in question, which you can see in the video above, shows the Cloud23 entrepreneur in a sweet moment with his two younger brothers, a black-and-white photo that appears to be taken on holiday.
Other sweet moments featuring Brooklyn showed them all on the beach together with their younger sibling, Harper, and an older clip of Brooklyn and Cruz paragliding together.
Brooklyn was absent from Cruz’s epic birthday bash in London, which was described to HELLO! as a “raucous affair,” by a source close to the family. They also explained that the ongoing drama with his elder brother, Brooklyn Beckham, “was the elephant in the room.”
“It was definitely an emotional night for everyone, but it was more tears of joy and laughter all round. With everything going on the family just wanted to celebrate. Of course, it felt like the Brooklyn drama was the elephant in the room. But they were not going to let it get in the way of celebrating Cruz’s big night.”
They added: “It was a really raucous affair, and it seemed like the family wanted to let off steam, and needed to.
