Nicole Kidman’s daughters are certainly inheriting her legendary sense of style!
The actress, 58, shares teenagers Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15, with ex-husband Keith Urban. And as they grow older, they’re stepping into the spotlight even more so.
For the past year, Sunday has worked as a professional model, walking runways for Dior and Miu Miu and appearing in campaigns for brands like OMEGA. While Faith has still kept away from the public eye in comparison, she has made public appearances with her mom and sister, and did appear in a Clé de Peau Beauté beauty campaign with Nicole.
Over the weekend, on Sunday, March 15, Nicole made an appearance at the 98th Academy Awards, reuniting with her Moulin Rouge! co-star Ewan McGregor to celebrate the movie’s 25th anniversary and present Best Picture (which went to One Battle After Another). You can watch that moment below…
Prior to the ceremony, Nicole attended Chanel and Charles Finch’s pre-Oscars dinner held at the Polo Lounge on March 14, and was joined by her two daughters, who made for very chic dates.
The Oscar-winning actress opted for a classic Chanel silhouette, a semi-sheer white skirt suit with ladybird appliqués. Sunday went for something a bit more casual, an off-white knit vest with tweed pants. Faith went for soft blue jeans with a white Chanel blazer with red detailing.
Sunday posted a behind-the-scenes snapshot from the event on her Instagram Stories, posing side-by-side with her younger sister, both sporting identical sleek chocolate brown locks. Although their faces were clearly their mom’s, young doppelgängers of Nicole’s. “Aw,” she simply wrote with it.
The rising model later shared more photos from her weekend in LA on her Instagram feed, captioning them: “Can u tell I love la,” with her cousin Lucia Hawley then commenting: “The bag is so good.”
Sunday and Faith have grown up not only in the spotlight, but also on the road, whether it’s been traveling with their mom while she’s on set (including a stint living in Morocco), or joining their dad on tour buses.
“I definitely gained a lot of interest from those experiences and especially being privileged enough to experience them at a young age,” Sunday told Elle Australia recently about her upbringing.
“My mum is someone who has always been so creative and my biggest inspiration in life. She’s a key part of everything I do,” she continued. “Something that’s always been followed in my house is doing, not just saying,” Sunday shared, explaining that the idea of following through and commitment to tasks has always been of prime importance.
“It basically means that if you say you’re going to do something, stick to your word and do it,” she added. “Don’t just talk about how much you want to, but actually put your mind to it and get it done.”
Sunday also noted that her mom gave her some advice about entering the industry. “The biggest piece of industry advice Mum has given to me is to always be on time. There’s always going to be something with an early call time that you don’t want to get up for, but it’s really important to be on time because it shows that you’re prepared and grateful to be there.”
