Orlando Bloom is apparently still putting in work at the gym, and he made sure his vacation followers got a look at the results.
The Lord of the Rings star gave fans a peek at a relaxing family getaway in an Instagram carousel shared Sept. 11, including one very shirtless photo that immediately stole the spotlight.
Bloom, 49, captioned the collection of vacation snaps, “Everything everywhere all at once.”
And, well, that seems to be exactly where everybody’s attention went.
Orlando Is Serving Up Serious Vacation Abs
In the first photo, Bloom posed shirtless with his hands on his hips while standing in the ocean. Wearing nothing but black swim trunks, the actor flashed a playful smile at the camera while showing off his seriously toned physique.
The rest of the carousel shifted the focus back to family time, with Bloom sharing some rare glimpses of his children.
The actor shares 15-year-old son Flynn with ex-wife Miranda Kerr and 6-year-old daughter Daisy with ex-fiancée Katy Perry. One sweet snap showed Daisy sitting on her dad’s lap, while another featured Flynn leaning against a car as Daisy stood in the backseat.
Bloom’s final photo was a little more mysterious. He captured a selfie of his shadow stretching across the sand while standing next to a woman believed to be his girlfriend, Swiss model Luisa Laemmel.
Bloom Has Moved On From Katy Perry
Bloom and Laemmel have been linked publicly since this summer, with the actor confirming their relationship during a romantic stroll through Italy on July 26.
The pair were photographed holding hands as they walked down the street, marking Bloom’s first public romance since his split from Perry.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star and Perry ended their relationship after years together. Perry recently opened up about the breakup, calling it “the hardest time” in an interview with People published Sept. 3.
But the pop star has also clearly moved forward. Perry said she found a renewed sense of purpose while returning to the stage for her Lifetimes Tour and ultimately found love again with her current boyfriend, Justin Trudeau.
“I learned how to step back into my purpose,” Perry said, adding, “and I got the greatest gift from this tour: I got to meet the love of my life.”
Perry and the Canadian politician made their relationship Instagram-official in December 2025 after months of dating speculation.
Keeping Things Peaceful for the Kids
Despite their respective new relationships, it appears Bloom’s family has managed to keep things cordial.
Kerr, who shares Flynn with Bloom as well as sons Hart, 7, Myles, 6, and Pierre, 2, with husband Evan Spiegel, has previously opened up about maintaining a healthy co-parenting relationship with her ex.
During an April interview with E! News, Kerr emphasized the importance of putting Flynn’s needs ahead of everything else.
© Getty“Put the needs of the child first,” she said. “That’s so important to think about, ‘Is this in the best interest for the child?’”
Kerr added that making Flynn the priority from the beginning has helped them work through difficult situations over the years.
“Kids first,” she said.
And judging from Bloom’s latest family vacation dump, it looks like the blended family is still keeping that philosophy in place.
