Paul McCartney was front and center at his daughter Stella McCartney’s fashion show on Wednesday, with his adoring wife, Nancy Shevell, by his side. The pair showed up to support the fashion designer, who showcased her fall/winter 2026-2027 collection at a riding hall during Paris Fashion Week.
The Beatles icon arrived in a navy blue suit worn over a white shirt, and Paul added a blue scarf to ward off the cold. His wife of 14 years looked chic in a matching navy suit with a blue band tee underneath. She completed the look with a black clutch and aviator sunglasses, and wore her blonde-brunette locks down in subtle waves.
Paul made sure to showcase his support of Stella ahead of the show, with a social media user capturing him declaring: “Hi Stel! I love you!” as he walked inside. His daughter looked stylish in an oversized gray suit and a white shirt.
The fashion show featured several horses dancing in unison as the models walked down the runway. With the horses’ inclusion, Stella sent a clear message about sustainable fashion and the use of animal products in the industry, such as leather.
Stella’s final statement at the show was to bring out a model wearing a tank top that read: “My Dad Is A Rockstar”. Paul reportedly cheered in this moment, and later told the A-lister that it was “beautiful”.
Stella was designing and creating her own clothes from an incredibly young age, as she told Good Morning America. “I was very aware of the kind of eye on us as a family unit. Just being pre-judged and [finding] my own sense of self within all that, yeah, it was really important.”
She studied under some of fashion’s biggest names, and later became the creative director of Chloé at just 26 years old in 1997. The star admitted that being the daughter of a music legend helped her get a leg up in the industry. “As one of the first nepo babies, I had the privilege of choice,” she told TIME. “I’m very aware of how lucky I’ve been.”

Paul shared that he was worried for Stella when she went on to attend art and design school in London. “She had to prove herself. I said, if she doesn’t do well at the end of that year, then the name is not something to help, it’s a cudgel to beat her with. But she did well.”
Stella was just 26 years old when her mother, Paul’s wife Linda McCartney, passed away in 1998 after a battle with breast cancer. The “All You Need Is Love” singer found love again with model Heather Mills, yet the pair endured a tumultuous divorce that was settled in 2008.
Paul had met Nancy during a stay in the Hamptons in 2007, and the couple fell in love before tying the knot in 2011.
The father of five shared that their life together was incredibly normal, despite being in the public eye. “We chat and catch up with each other. We eat lunch or dinner. Well, any meal really, as we love cooking,” he wrote on his website.
“Sometimes we will watch something on TV together, and I always read before bed, usually a biography, while Nancy finishes watching a series. We’re pretty much like any other normal couple!”
