Priyanka Chopra delved deep into her swimwear archives to offer her fans a dose of bikini inspiration. The actress took to Instagram over the weekend to share a throwback photograph of herself clad in a stylish two-piece.
The photograph captured a younger Priyanka posing in an orange bikini top. The garment boasted an exotic animal print with details of green and black adorned onto it. The top featured two straps and a balconette bikini design. Priyanka’s luscious locks were styled into soft waves and she sported minimal makeup with a glowing complexion.
“Kinda chic to have been underestimated,” she penned alongside the picture. In the caption, she added: “Kinda chic to hate this trend.”
Another throwback photograph in the carousel showed the actress posing in a hot-pink swimsuit while standing in the ocean. The sculpted number featured a plunging neckline with glittering detail along the silhouette. Priyanka styled the vibrant look with a green and pink sarong skirt and a dainty flower in her hair. “Kind chic to stand out,” she wrote over the image.

The 44-year-old’s flawless figure is courtesy of her dedicated fitness regime. Priyanka blends skipping with yoga, cardio, and strength training. “I love skipping. I learnt it really well in school and then I learnt it even better during Mary Kom, so I try to get my cardio in by skipping. It’s easy to carry, you have your skipping rope in your bag, it’s easy to do,” she previously revealed. “I also love swimming, it’s a full-body workout and I’ll try to do 10 laps continuously.”

However, the actress ensures she has rest days and never forces herself to exercise. “Honestly, I work out only when I need to. My body responds very quickly to exercise, so I don’t need too long to tone up and get into shape,” she told Vogue India. “I want to hit the gym but I work 15-hour days and I’m exhausted by the end of it.”
“I try to be active in everyday life – I take the stairs instead of the elevators or walk instead of driving,” she explained.
“People always say you should listen to your body,” she told Women’s Health US. “But I don’t listen to my body. My body listens to me. I can’t afford to be sick or low on energy. It’s mind over matter: I’m going to have a good day, and not in that fake ‘Happy girls are the best girls!’ way.”

For Priyanka, exercise is less about aesthetics or changing her body and more about maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle. “The idea is to keep fit and healthy and not shrink myself by two or three sizes,” she said. “I find that trend amongst celebrities disturbing, since a lot of kids and teenagers strive to attain our kind of figures, but without proper guidance.”
