Queen Mary of Denmark’s official agenda is back on track after spending the summer with her family away from paparazzi and even making a surprise appearance on a TV show. For her return, she visited the Thorvaldsens Museum in Copenhagen to see firsthand the new sculpture exhibition titled Bharti Kher: Mythologies.
She was joined by the museum’s director, Annette Johansen, the artist Bharti Kher, and curator Siri Buric at what is now the museum’s biggest special exhibition to date. They unveiled 27 works that explore historical representations of the body, identity, and culture. The queen was clearly impressed, judging by the photos that the Danish Royal House shared on social media.
