Rauw Alejandro and his family brought Puerto Rico together in an unforgettable celebration of generosity, culture, and community during the 2026 edition of Regalos Pa’ Los Míos. More than 15,000 people gathered at the Puerto Rico Convention Center for a completely free day dedicated to family, solidarity, and the Epiphany of the Lord, turning the iconic venue into a living symbol of unity.

From the moment families arrived, the atmosphere felt different. It was not just another holiday event. It was a multisensory experience where art, spirituality, recreation, and community blended into a single, vibrant story. For more than five hours, children, teenagers, parents, and grandparents shared laughter, discovery, and meaningful moments, creating memories that will last far beyond the holiday season, thanks to the PaMaRa Project Foundation, created by the global music star.

A Celebration That Goes Far Beyond Gifts

At the heart of Regalos Pa’ Los Míos is a beautiful tradition: thousands of gifts delivered to children, accompanied by the magical appearance of the Three Kings. But the PaMaRa Project Foundation has always understood that true giving is not only about what you hand to a child. It is also about what you build around them.

This year’s event reflected that deeper vision. The experience was designed to stimulate creativity, strengthen emotional well-being, and encourage healthy community connections. Children moved between play areas, art installations, cultural stages, and learning spaces, all while surrounded by families who felt genuinely welcomed.

The Convention Center became a place where imagination met purpose. Music, color, and movement filled the air, while educators, volunteers, and artists guided participants through activities that celebrated Puerto Rican identity, creativity, and collective joy.

Sports, Culture, and Emotional Growth in One Space

One of the most dynamic areas was the soccer field created in collaboration with the Puerto Rican Football Federation. Here, kids and young people played, trained, and connected with the sport in an environment that promoted teamwork, discipline, and fun. Soccer was not presented simply as a game, but as a tool for confidence, health, and community building.

Alongside the sports zone, families explored recreational games, psychoeducational experiences, and artistic workshops designed to spark curiosity and emotional awareness. These spaces allowed children to express themselves freely, while parents could see new ways to support their growth.

Cultural performances added another powerful layer to the day. Music, dance, and visual art reflected Puerto Rico’s rich heritage, making the event feel both festive and deeply rooted in identity. It was a reminder that culture itself can be a form of healing and empowerment.

A Foundation With a Holistic Vision

During the event, PaMaRa held a press conference where its leadership shared the broader purpose behind Regalos Pa’ Los Míos and the foundation’s growing global impact.

Paola María Ocasio Ruiz, CEO of the PaMaRa Project Foundation, explained that every initiative is part of a holistic strategy designed to build long-term opportunities for vulnerable communities. Programs like Regalos Pa’ Los Míos, 5K Cada Paso Por La Familia, Educational Experience Cosa Nuestra Soundcheck, and Dreams in Motion are not isolated events. They are interconnected efforts aimed at nurturing physical, emotional, educational, and cultural development.

This approach positions PaMaRa as more than a charity. It is a platform for sustainable social transformation, using creativity, movement, and education as pathways toward stronger families and communities.

Real Impact Across the Americas

María Nelly Ruiz Nieves presented a powerful snapshot of what the foundation achieved in 2025. PaMaRa directly impacted more than 12,000 people across Puerto Rico, Mexico, the United States, and Latin America. These results were made possible by over 500 volunteers, partner organizations, and sponsors who believe in the foundation’s mission.

This international reach shows how a project rooted in Puerto Rican culture can resonate far beyond the island. By focusing on shared human values like dignity, creativity, and opportunity, PaMaRa has created a model that travels across borders while staying true to its origins.

Rauw Alejandro’s Personal Commitment

One of the most meaningful moments of the press conference came when Raúl A. Ocasio Ruiz, known worldwide as Rauw Alejandro, spoke about the foundation’s work. He highlighted PaMaRa’s focus on soccer, art, Afro-Taíno culture, and education, describing these areas as essential to preserving identity and opening doors for young people.

Through collaborations with the University of Puerto Rico and the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, the foundation has developed educational projects that integrate culture and learning in innovative ways. These programs do more than teach facts. They help young people understand who they are, where they come from, and how their heritage can become a source of strength.

A New Model for Holiday Giving

Regalos Pa’ Los Míos 2026 showed what happens when a holiday tradition is reimagined with intention and vision. Under the banner of Amor-ES, PaMaRa transformed Epiphany into a living, breathing example of what love looks like in action.

Families did not just receive gifts. They received attention, respect, and the feeling of being seen. Children did not just play. They learned, expressed themselves, and connected with others in meaningful ways.

As Puerto Rico and the wider Latin community look toward the future, the PaMaRa Project Foundation stands as proof that art, culture, and compassion can work together to create real change.
