A great deal of consideration goes into choosing a signature scent. From the ultra-basics, such as whether you like the fragrance and whether it helps you present who you want to be, to the intricacies such as the base, heart and top notes.
One person who knows a great deal about fragrance is perfumer Céline Herbette, who has collaborated with high-end fragrance houses including Memoize London, Clive Christian and Idiom. Most recently, she dreamt up the new Boadicea the Victorious fragrance ‘Andraste’
Céline studied at the École Supérieure du Parfum in Paris and favours notes including osmanthus, cedarwood, and muscenon, always creating scents with sustainability in mind.
We’re lucky enough to be joined by Céline to talk all things scents, with the fragrance expert here to answer your questions.
