Millions around the world fell in love with Noah Centineo when he appeared in To All the Boys films. With his curly hair, boyish grin and cheeky personality, it was so easy to swoon over the heartthrob.

However, the 30-year-old has looked so different since March when he was spotted at an LA Lakers game. Gone are the curls, replaced with a shaven head, and while he always had a lean physique, Noah has certainly bulked up.

It’s not just fans who have been taken aback by his transformation, but even his Hollywood friends couldn’t believe the new look. “NOW HANG ON-” posted Rachel Zegler, while Lukas Gage said: “Omgggggg.”

As a working actor, it’s no surprise that Noah’s physique has changed, as he’s been adapting it for upcoming projects. The star is due to play Ken Masters in an upcoming adaptation of the Street Fighter franchise, known for his long, blonde hair and large muscles, and he’s also playing Rambo in 2027’s John Rambo, a prequel to the iconic franchise.

The character was first popularised by Sylvester Stallone, and many fans will no doubt remember the character for his larger-than-life biceps and incredibly tight tank tops.

Fitness is incredibly important for Noah, with the star revealing that it has helped him on his sobriety journey. During an appearance on the Chicks in the Office podcast in 2025, he shared: “Right now, I’m in one of those phases where I’m just not really doing anything and you just workout. And try and connect with yourself and take care of yourself as best as you can. Cause life’s trippy.”

What is Noah Centineo’s workout routine?

Speaking to Men’s Health in 2025, Noah admitted that when it came to gaining muscle for movie roles, he would often rely on lifting weights, but he now focuses on bodyweight training and Pilates.

The habit came from his sister, and the star explained: “There’s different types of Pilates, they’re all excruciating. I would be lying to you if I said that I don’t do classes maybe once or twice a week, because I think that’s what really keeps me in shape.”

He added: “I like working out — there’s like a high you get afterwards. It’s like the number one positive thing that I can do to have a good outlook and take care of my mental health.“

Among the exercises that the 30-year-old does are pull-ups, push-ups, suitcase carries, multidirectional lunges and barbell loaded reverse lunges to high knees.

What is Noah Centineo’s diet?

In 2022, when he was training for The Recruit, he admitted that when it came to his diet, he was unclear on macronutrients and counting calories. “I don’t know how to do that,” he explained.

“If I’m hungry, I’ll just eat a bunch of protein. A lot of protein, then I’ll find sweet potatoes or brown rice, and then veggies. The more of those three things that you can eat, the better your whole diet and bulk is going to go.”

He continued: “I definitely know more about what to put into my body and what to eat to get certain results. Like, if I’m just going to bulk, then I’m less meticulous about it.

“It’s just lots of protein, lots of food; brown rice, beans, hella chicken, all the chicken you can possibly imagine. If I’m trying to gain muscle but in a very clean way, it’s a lot of white fish and vegetables with a little bit of brown rice.”
