Scarlett Johansson and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo dive into their roles in Jurassic World Rebirth [Exclusive Clip]

In an exclusive behind-the-scenes clip from Jurassic World Rebirth, Scarlett Johansson and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo offer a glimpse into the emotional heart of the upcoming film. 

Johansson, who plays covert ops leader Zora Bennett, explains, “In Jurassic World Rebirth, my team is tasked with collecting DNA samples, and then a family who’s on their own journey ends up getting swept up in all of that.”

Garcia-Rulfo, one of the most accomplished Latino actors working in Hollywood today, shared that he portrays Reuben Delgado, a devoted father on a family trip that turns into a fight for survival. “Jurassic World Rebirth follows the story of the mission and then the story of this family that is just there by chance,” he says.

His connection to the character and to the emotional weight of the story adds a powerful dimension to a film already brimming with tension and spectacle. As the plot unfolds, Reuben’s family is forced into a collision course with something far bigger than themselves.

What is Jurassic World Rebirth about?

Five years after Jurassic World Dominion, the new film explores a world where dinosaurs exist only in isolated tropical zones. Zora Bennett’s high-stakes mission to retrieve DNA from these surviving species is complicated when her team crosses paths with a shipwrecked family. What begins as a rescue quickly spirals into a fight for survival against prehistoric predators and a buried secret tied to the original Jurassic Park facility.

Actor David Iacono, who plays one of Reuben Delgado’s children, adds, “They’re very grateful to be rescued, but they quickly start to realize that they’re probably worse off than they were to begin with. The family has nothing to do with dinosaurs, but they are met with dinosaurs inevitably.”

Directed by BAFTA winner Gareth Edwards (Rogue One) and written by Jurassic Park original screenwriter David Koepp, Jurassic World Rebirth is produced by Oscar nominee Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley, with Steven Spielberg serving as executive producer.
