Simone Biles is considered perhaps the greatest woman to ever step foot on the gymnastics mat. With 7 Olympic medals, The athlete, born Mar. 14, 1997, is tied as the most decorated gymnast of all time.
She also is a record-setting gymnast, setting the American standard for most gold medals in women’s gymnastics in a single Olympics Games. She became the first person in history to land a double-double dismount (two twists and two somersaults while coming off the high beam) in August 2019, pretty much proving that she is the Greatest.
