This season, Vergara is judging alongside Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel and Mel B.
With the live rounds underway, the audience has an even bigger role to play. Viewers are now helping determine which acts continue in the competition, and Season 21 has introduced multiple voting options, including TikTok voting for the first time.
Vergara’s celebration of the audience feels especially timely as the series shifts from auditions and judges’ decisions toward viewer voting.
