Sopranos star Drea de Matteo, 54, looks ageless as she walks the runway at OnlyFans fashion show

Drea looked sensational as she strutted her stuff at the OnlyFans x Natasha Zinko show. The actress channelled effortless glamour in a champagne-coloured velvet ensemble. She layered the relaxed look with a long beige trench coat. The blonde beauty completed her outfit with amber-tinted aviator sunglasses, pointed black shoes and a long pendant necklace. With her voluminous blonde curls cascading past her shoulders and a glossy nude lip, Drea looked remarkably similar to her Sopranos days.

The actress wasn’t simply walking in a traditional fashion show. Designer Natasha Zinko’s presentation, titled Pay Per View, saw models appear in individual viewing boxes surrounding the audience before making their way through the venue. Drea embraced the theatrical setting, posing alongside a director’s chair bearing her name and smoking a cigarette as part of the performance.  

For many fans, Drea will forever be remembered as Adriana La Cerva, the glamorous girlfriend of Christopher Moltisanti, played by Michael Imperioli, in HBO’s acclaimed crime drama The Sopranos. Her character became a fan favourite thanks to her larger-than-life personality, unforgettable fashion choices and ultimately heartbreaking storyline. The actress went on to star in Desperate Housewives, playing Angie Bolen, and appeared as Wendy Case in Sons of Anarchy. 

Drea made headlines when she revealed that joining OnlyFans had helped her overcome serious financial difficulties. The mother-of-two explained that she was facing foreclosure after acting opportunities dried up during the pandemic and the 2023 Hollywood actors’ strike. In a February 2026 interview with People, she recalled earning an incredible $75,000 in just 75 minutes after promoting her new account, allowing her to clear a lien on her home.

Although joining the adult subscription platform was a major departure from her acting career, Drea revealed that her two children had encouraged her to give it a go. The actress shares daughter Alabama, 18, and son Waylon, 14, with her former partner, musician Shooter Jennings. She admitted she was initially terrified of the potential backlash, particularly how it might affect her family. However, her children were supportive and encouraged her to post photographs of herself online.

More than two decades after winning an Emmy for her role on The Sopranos, Drea continues to attract attention from fans who remember her iconic television role. Her success on OnlyFans has also allowed her to fund other creative ventures, including her podcast Ultrafree. And although she has stepped away from the Hollywood spotlight in recent years, her latest appearance at London Fashion Week proves she is still happy to command an audience.
