After months of keeping a low profile, Taylor Swift reappeared in New York City for a cozy dinner at one of her favorite Italian spots, Via Carota, in the West Village. The singer was joined by none other than actress Dakota Johnson, as well as their brothers, Austin Swift and Jesse Johnson.
Taylor seemed to be in a celebratory mood, as hours later, she announced that she regained ownership of her master recordings from Shamrock Capital, making fans excited for the latest update about her music.
The musician arrived in a stunning black floral dress, cinched at the waist with a chain and leather belt. She completed the look with strappy black stilettos, her signature red lip, and a sleek high ponytail.
Dakota complemented the vibe in a black dress topped with a leather jacket and her hair elegantly pulled up. The outing also comes after Taylor’s friendship with longtime friend Blake Lively seemed to be put to the test after her unexpected involvement in the Justin Baldoni legal battle.
