Time to travel! The White Lotus star Michelle Monaghan wowed viewers with her performance as Jaclyn Lemon in season 3 of the hit HBO television series, and now that we’ve had some time to process the shocking finale, she’s sharing everything you need to bring on your own trip to Thailand.

“While living in Thailand, it was really all about hydration and protection. My every day, must-have product was SPF, for both my face and body,” she tells ET.
The Iowa native, 49, who spent seven months filming in the Southeast Asian country, was particularly careful about shielding herself from UV rays after being diagnosed with melanoma ten years ago.

“I frequently wore sunglasses and bikinis as well. … I’d also suggest bringing a pair of comfortable shoes so you can explore. Thailand is amazing!”
Beyond the necessities, don’t expect the actress’ suitcase to be too heavy thanks to her low-maintenance regimen.
“My personal beauty motto is less is more. I appreciate a streamlined approach in all aspects of my life,” she explains.

“The mosquitoes were quite ferocious, making it a constant battle between reapplying sunscreen and using bug spray. Hydration was also crucial, so we constantly drank water and took electrolytes, while also enjoying a lot of fresh fruit to maintain a nutritious diet,” she spills.
