Tiger Woods and Vanessa Trump’s romance is reportedly heating up quickly, leading their friends and family to believe there are wedding bells in the near future.
Back in March, Page Six exclusively revealed that the two celebs were secretly dating, with the golf legend confirming those rumors just a few weeks later. Now, a source close to Vanessa has revealed to the outlet that the new couple could be headed down the aisle.
“They’re very serious,” the insider said of their relationship. “Wedding bells serious.”
Though Trump’s friend was eager to confirm just how serious their coupledom is, she wouldn’t comment on whether an engagement is actually in the works at this time, but continued, “She’s so happy! She’s finally found happiness. She’s found happiness for the first time in her life.”
© @tigerwoodsThis surprising update comes not long after the couple tried their hardest to keep their relationship a secret. They were so private about their union that Trump, 47, wasn’t even telling her mom, Bonnie Haydon, an insider told Page Six.
At the time, a second source described their early relationship as “not too serious,” but noted that it seemed to be “heading” in a good direction.
“They have a lot in common. They’ve both gotten used to public scrutiny,” the source said of the bond between Woods, 49, and Trump. “They both know how to keep their private life private. They’re both parents.”
While they’ve both been willing to flaunt their relationship since going public, privacy was top priority at the beginning, with insiders previously telling the outlet that Trump prefers a “very private” life and doesn’t like “the spotlight.” Sources also said at the time that the couple wanted to remain low-key as they continued to build their relationship, but just two weeks later, Woods went public with their romance, so it seems like they simply couldn’t keep things to themselves.
“Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side!” the golfer captioned a photo of them together on X. “We look forward to our journey through life together. At this time we would appreciate privacy to all those close to our hearts.”
Vanessa was previously married to President Trump’s son Don Jr., who is said to be “fully supportive” of his ex-wife in her new romantic endeavor. As for Woods, he was previously married to Elin Nordegren, whom he divorced in 2010.
