Tori Spelling and four of her kids were taken to the hospital after a scary car crash in Temecula, California on Thursday.
The 52-year-old actress was driving an SUV with some of her children inside when another car reportedly slammed into them at a high speed, according to reports from TMZ. Law enforcement told the outlet that officers were called to the scene just before 6 p.m. on Thursday in Temecula, about 85 miles east of Los Angeles.
When authorities arrived, they found two vehicles that had been damaged in the crash. Unconfirmed photos circulating online show one car with heavy front-end damage, while the SUV appeared to be missing parts of its bumper, lights, and undercarriage.
Sources told TMZ that Spelling had seven kids in the car at the time, including four of her own and three of their friends. The SUV was reportedly struck by another vehicle that allegedly ran a red light while speeding. Everyone involved was checked out at the scene, and no arrests were made.
Spelling, her four children, and their friends were later taken to the hospital in three ambulances, the outlet reported. They were treated for injuries like cuts, bruises, and concussions.
Eyewitness video obtained by TMZ shows Spelling talking with officers at the scene, using animated gestures as she appeared to explain what happened. An investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
This isn’t the first time Spelling has been in a car accident. Back in 2011, she was involved in another crash while driving with two of her children.
At the time, she uploaded a tweet that read: “Paparazzi chased me w/the kids 2school. I was trying to get away from him and had a pretty big accident. Took down whole wall of school.”
The actress, who was pregnant at the time, went on to say that other moms helped her by “chasing him away.”
Spelling shares children Liam, 19, Stella, 17, Hattie, 14, Finn, 13, and Beau, nine, with ex-husband Dean McDermott. The former couple married in 2006 but announced their split in 2023. Their divorce was finalized two years later in November 2025.
