“Traumatized” Minnie Driver admitted she is struggling after she was involved in a “really bad car accident” in France earlier this month.

The Emily in Paris star, 56, shared an update on her recovery after the car she was traveling in, a Kia EV2, a subcompact electric SUV, was T-boned by another vehicle that was supposedly speeding through an intersection on a small country road.

Earlier this week, Minnie confessed that she was finding her “near-death experience” difficult to cope with.

“Paris update. It sucks being traumatized,” she said in a black-and-white Instagram video of herself walking the streets of Paris.

“Like you look like you’re okay and you keep saying please and thank you and showing up but… You’re just not okay,” she continued. “And now I’m in this club, this near-death experience club, and I really don’t like clubs.”

Minnie explained that the car crash had made her “more keenly connected to this profound sadness,” and that “trying to find meaning in the accidental is driving me absolutely nuts.”

At the time of the accident, Minnie suffered a sprained neck and revealed that she was “in shock” and crying “all the time.”

However, in her latest update, she insisted that she is “fine,” adding: “I’m here, and I’m very grateful, and I guess that’s it.”

Asking her followers for advice on how to deal with her trauma, Minne revealed she has tried “EMDR, doing the osteopathy; I’m looking deep within my soul. Any other tips you might have, let me know.”

The actress is now back at work, and while she admitted it was “hard,” she praised her co-stars for being the “kindest, most loving and supportive bunch of people I’ve ever worked with.”

Captioning the video, she penned: “I didn’t mean for there to be a ‘but’ at the end of ‘I’m here, and I’m grateful’ as that is really all there is to be said.

“I’m back at work, it’s hard but they are the kindest, most loving and supportive bunch of people I’ve ever worked with.

“Addison and Henry and Paloma are also the greatest, funniest nurses. Wish I could have as much patience with myself as I would for a friend, maybe that’s the lesson.”

She added: “Sending all of you who have so kindly reached out all, all my love and thanks xo.”

Minnie revealed she had been in a collision on August 6, sharing a video of herself in bed and wearing a neck brace.

She was traveling with her friend Ben at the time and credited their rental KIA’s 360-degree airbags for saving their lives.

“I want to celebrate, I want to celebrate that car,” she said, joking that she herself is a “mini driver,” and was glad to be back home with her family. “And I am so grateful to be alive,” she gushed.

Minnie penned in the caption of her video: “Shout out to the van driver who stopped and helped us before the ambulances arrived. Special mention to the car who slowed down took in the scene and drove off without stopping. I guess this is the Dao of the world, the light and the dark.”

“My brain keeps replaying the crash which is very hard but seems to be a necessary part of processing,” she penned. “Weeping too, feels good and helpful. Thank you to my friends, my family, all the people at work and especially my friend Ben and his family. I love you.”
