The Traitors season four reunion was full of drama but nowhere was this clearer than when Michael Rapaport arrived on the stage to defend his actions.
The actor, comedian, director, and podcast host known for his roles in Friends competed as a “Faithful” of the series, but his abrasive gameplay and confrontational approach made him widely disliked, and he often admitted to acting the “villain”.
During the reunion, he admitted that he spent most of his time in the castle on an “apology tour” but as he began to get into it with the other Faithfuls, one person could not hold back her emotions – Mama Kelce herself, Donna Kelce.
As Michael revealed his thought process behind voting out Porscha Williams early in the game, the Real Housewives star exploded, telling Michael that he had “no integrity because what you actually did, at the roundtable, was the exact same thing you are accusing me of, but you still wrote my name down, so you did not.”
Porsche then accused Michaell of using his love for the Housewives franchise “to make a scene,” and the cameras then cut to Donna, who was giggling quietly in her seat next to Eric Nam and Rob Rausch.
“No I didn’t,” responded Michael, who then told Porscha she needed “to figure out a way to use your words,” which left Donna covering her face in incredulous disbelief.
Later, Michael said he did not regret his actions or behavior in the castle. But when he brought in Johnny Weir to the conversation, calling him “a silver-medal winner,” Olympian Johnny clarified he had never won any Olympic medals.
“When I am speaking, you’re not speaking,” retorted Michael, adding: “I am quoting the great Hilaria Baldwin,” which left Donna in hysterics, as well as the other castmates.
Host Andy Cohen asked Donna what her sons, NFL stars Jason Kelce and Travis Kelce, thought of her appearance on the show, and she confirmed that they were surprised she made it as far as she did; Donna left season four after episode three when she was banished from the castle after the group chose to boot her out.
She also revealed her future daughter-in-law Taylor Swift had been watching the show, as well as her family.
“Playing a traitor was tough but I gave it my best shot,” Donna told the camera before becoming overcome with emotions as she left the castle.
“It was a dream come true but…. These are happy tears that I get to do this at this point in my life. It’s just the joy of being in the game.”
