David and Victoria Beckham were the ultimate power couple on Saturday night, and a well-dressed one at that as they headed out in London for a Valentine’s Day date night. Fashion designer Victoria, 51, turned heads in a glorious scarlet gown that she designed herself.
The slinky number featured long sleeves, as well as a zip down the front and a full skirt that had a split running up the middle. The pillar box red number was paired with cut-out peep-toe heels in the same vibrant hue. Meanwhile, her hair, which featured cool-toned highlights, was worn in loose beachy waves, and the finishing touch came in the form of a gold pendant necklace.
A familiar style choice
Fans of Victoria’s iconic fashion moments may recognise the dress. Though the gorgeous red garment was a sartorial debut, she did wear the exact dress in a deep green hue to a special occasion in December – family friend Holly Ramsay’s wedding to Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty.
The former Spice Girl paired the deep emerald green number with oversized shades and a faux fur shawl as she arrived at Bath Abbey for the nuptials of chef Gordon Ramsay‘s daughter with David, and children Romeo, 23, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 14, in tow.
Meanwhile, for their Valentine’s Day outing, David looked dapper in a black tie suit. The pair posed on the stairs of their £31.5 million Holland Park townhouse, presumably before hitting the town at an ultra-luxe dining spot.
Victoria’s Valentine’s Day throwback look
To mark the day of love, Victoria took to Instagram to share a sweet throwback photo from the early days of her relationship with the former England football captain. “Forever my valentine [love letter emoji] I love you @davidbeckham,” Victoria penned, captioning a photo where the pair navigated their way through an airport, seemingly in the nineties or noughties.
In the shot, Victoria turned around to flash a smile at the camera as she donned a chocolate brown pencil skirt and a cropped cardigan. She upped the ante with a pair of brown sunnies, a leopard print shoulder bag, and wedge heels.
Victoria’s take on a 2026 fashion trend
The photo tribute came after the star took to Instagram on Monday to send her well wishes to her friend Isabelle Grutman on her birthday. Victoria donned a sheer chantilly lace top that was a Posh take on the viral ‘naked’ dressing trend dominating the celebrity style scene of late.
Laura Sutcliffe, HELLO!‘s Fashion and Beauty News Editor, shared her tips for wearing a ‘naked’ look like this while still feeling sophisticated…
- A flesh-coloured undergarment is your best friend, as it gives the body full coverage underneath a sheer dress or a netted design.
- The whole look doesn’t have to be risqué. If you want to nod at the trend without feeling exposed, try a sheer sleeve or neckline.
- Great supportive underwear is important, particularly if you choose an item that is sheer. An uplifting bra and comfortable underwear make all the difference and can really streamline the silhouette.
