Vin Diesel was a proud dad on Tuesday night at the premiere of The Bluff in Los Angeles, as his eldest daughter, Hania Riley Sinclair, stood by his side. The 17-year-old was glowing in a full-length sparkling black gown, and completed the look with open-toed black heels and a long black coat to ward off the cold.
Hania wore her stunning curls down past her shoulders as she joined Vin, who attended the premiere in support of his friend and the film’s star, Priyanka Chopra.
Her appearance marked the first time in three years that Hania had walked the red carpet with her dad, following her arrival at the Ninth Breakthrough Prize Ceremony red carpet in 2023 alongside her mother, Paloma Jiménez, and her younger brother, Vincent.
Vin also shares a younger daughter, Pauline, with Paloma, his partner of 18 years. Hania and Vincent are now following in their dad’s footsteps with roles in the Fast and Furious franchise.
The teen actress starred in the 2019 Netflix animated series Fast and Furious: Spy Racers as Sissy, a 13-year-old tech wiz, while her brother appeared in F9 as the younger version of Vin’s character, Dominic Toretto. He shared the deep connection that his kids have with the franchise during an interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
“We’ve been making these movies for so long that every time one of my children was born, I was usually working on a Fast and Furious movie,” he explained. “So the director and the cast all have their own relationship with my children.”
Hania is close friends with Meadow Walker, the daughter of Vin’s late co-star, Paul Walker, and even served as her maid of honor in 2021.
“Look at this photo, Pablo, it will make you smile. The same angel that you helped me prepare for in the most beautiful way with your brotherly advice is the same angel that precious Meadow asked to be her Maid of Honor,” the actor wrote on Instagram as he addressed his former co-star.
Paul passed away in 2013 following a high-speed crash in California. Vin is incredibly close to Hania, and shared a touching tribute to the young star on her 16th birthday in April 2024.
“On this exact day 16 years ago…I was pacing in Pablo’s trailer after a long day of filming. When I shared with him the fact that I was hours away from receiving you, he gave me that great advice that has made the experience the most beautiful moment in my life,” the now-58-year-old began.
“As I search for today’s words…how to express the pride, the joy…The light you have brought to the world’s existence. The meaning in which your very soul has illuminated life itself. Blessed and grateful, is the lens I have been fortunate enough to view all things.”
He then reflected on her “wisdom, compassion and kindness” and shared that he was “so proud of the human you are growing to be”.
