Princess Talita von Fürstenberg isn’t just actual royalty, she’s fashion royalty too. The bride to be is the granddaughter of designer Diane von Fürstenberg, and the daughter of a Prince and one of the fabulous Miller Sisters. On her mother’s side, Talita also has royal relatives. 1. She was born in May of 1999.
2. She is the daughter of Alexandra von Fürstenberg and Prince Alexander von Fürstenberg, who separated in 2002.

Her paternal grandmother is fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg. “I’ve looked up to my grandmother my whole life,” Talita once told ELLE. “She has successfully leveraged her business to help and inspire many people. I hope to follow in her footsteps—as a fashion designer and social activist.” Prince Alexander has admitted to Town and Country in the past that his daughter “is an exact copy of my mother,” adding, “They’re the same person.”

5. She graduated from NYU in 2021. Diane celebrated her granddaughter’s graduation, writing on Instagram: “Congratulations Talita on graduating from NYU ! It all went so fast ! I love you , respect you and admire you so much 👏❤️👏❤️👍.”
6. Crown Princess Marie-Chantal of Greece is her aunt. Crown Prince Pavlos‘ wife is Alexandra von Fürstenberg’s older sister, making the Crown Prince Couple’s children, Princess Olympia, Prince Constantine-Alexios, Prince Achileas-Andreas, Prince Odysseas-Kimon and Prince Aristides-Stavros, Talita’s first cousins.

Her mom, along with Marie-Chantal and her other maternal aunt Pia Getty were collectively known as the Miller Sisters. “I always knew about my mum and her sisters as there were always fun, iconic pictures of them around the house,” Talita told HELLO! Fashion in 2020. “My mum always references these crazy times, and I’m like, ‘Well! You had the most fun’. I mean sneaking into Studio 54 when she was 14. When she tells me all the stories, I’m like, ‘What?’. And the sisters are all still as beautiful now as they were then.”
8. According to Town and Country, Talita interned for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
9. She made her Met Gala debut in 2017. “I was so nervous,” Talita later recalled to the Coveteur. “I was only 17, which is illegal by Met Gala standards [laughs]. You’re supposed to be 18, but it was two days before my eighteenth birthday, so they let it slide.”

Ahead of the launch, she wrote on Instagram, “I’ve been wanting to design my entire life and now it’s finally happening! I can’t even put into words how excited I am… my dream is coming true!!”
11. She does not use her Princess title. “I definitely would not consider myself a royal. It’s by blood, but it’s so far off, I don’t like to use my title,” Talita told Vogue in 2019. Similarly, she admitted to HELLO! Fashion in 2020, “It doesn’t make sense for me because I didn’t grow up in Europe, it is still my title, but I think that Americans don’t understand about being a princess in the same way that you guys do. In LA, where I grew up, if I said I was a princess people would freak out. I didn’t think I could claim that title for myself.”
12. After years of dating, she and Rocco Brignone got engaged in the summer of 2025. Alongside a photo of the two of them, featuring her engagement ring, Talita wrote: “Forever!!!!!!!!!!!! I love you so much my heart is bursting.” Princess Olympia reacted to her cousin’s engagement, writing: “LOVE YOU BOTH SO MUCH !!!!!”
