Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl LX halftime show was packed with surprise appearances, but one face inside the Casita had fans especially curious. Alix Earle, the podcast and media personality. As clips of the influencer dancing and celebrating alongside celebrities spread across social media, viewers began asking the same question, what’s her connection to Bad Bunny?

The answer leads back to Miami nightlife power player David Grutman. Earle was standing inside the Casita next to Grutman, the hospitality entrepreneur who has long been part of Bad Bunny’s inner circle.

Jessica Alba, Pedro Pascal, Karol G, Young Miko, David Grutman, Cardi B and Alix Earle attend the Super Bowl LX Pregame at Levi’s Stadium on February 08, 2026 in Santa Clara, California.

Grutman was seen dancing, enjoying the performance, and posing backstage with the artists and celebrity guests featured in the mini house inspired by Bad Bunny’s Puerto Rico residency.

Grutman’s connection to Bad Bunny is rooted in business. The two are co-owners of Gekko, a Japanese-inspired steakhouse and lounge located in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood.

Opened in 2022, Gekko blends upscale steakhouse dining with modern Japanese cuisine, offering premium cuts of steak, inventive sushi, seafood appetizers, and a high-energy lounge atmosphere driven by top DJs and VIP nightlife culture.

Gekko takes its name from the Japanese word for “moonlight,” creating an intimate yet electric setting that reflects both Grutman’s hospitality vision and Bad Bunny’s cultural influence. The restaurant has become a hotspot for celebrities, athletes, and music industry insiders, and a clear link between the artist and the Miami entrepreneur.

Alix Earle’s presence, meanwhile, connects through Grutman’s expanding footprint beyond nightlife and into entertainment. The hospitality mogul is currently working on Earle’s upcoming Netflix reality series, produced under his DGN Studios banner.

Grutman recently signed an overall deal with Wheelhouse to develop and produce programming across entertainment, food, sports, and lifestyle spaces, with Earle’s project marking one of his most high-profile television ventures to date.

The influencer, who is based in Miami, has frequently been part of the city’s social and entertainment scene, making her appearance inside the Casita feel like a natural extension of Grutman’s network rather than a random cameo.

During the halftime show, the Casita served as a celebratory hub filled with friends, collaborators, and supporters of Bad Bunny, including Karol G, Cardi B, Pedro Pascal, Jessica Alba, Young Miko, and Alix Earle. Rather than a performance role, the Casita emphasized community, spotlighting the people who share creative, cultural, and business ties with the Puerto Rican superstar.

As fans continue to rewatch the performance and dissect every moment, Earle’s appearance stands as a reminder that Bad Bunny’s halftime show wasn’t just about music. It was a reflection of the world he’s built, one that blends culture, nightlife, business, and influence on the biggest stage in sports.
