Lynda Carter is proving that some icons never go out of style.
The actress, forever beloved for bringing Wonder Woman to life on television, had fans buzzing after sharing a series of glamorous photos on Instagram this week. At 75, Carter left followers convinced she’s somehow found the secret to aging in reverse.
One standout snap showed the actress relaxing in an outdoor bathtub with a martini in hand, while other photos offered behind-the-scenes moments with friends and co-stars.
Fans Say Lynda Carter Is ‘Aging Backwards’
It didn’t take long for admirers to flood the comments with praise over Carter’s youthful appearance.
“I truly thought this was a still from a Wonder Woman episode,” one fan wrote. “Lynda is timeless.”
Another follower joked, “My God, is she getting younger?!đ”

The Photos Promote Her Return in ‘Super Troopers 3’
The Instagram carousel wasn’t just about stunning photosâit also served as a preview of Carter’s upcoming appearance in Super Troopers 3, which arrives in theaters on Aug. 7.
The actress shared images alongside Succession star Brian Cox and director Jay Chandrasekhar, teasing fans about what’s to come.

Carter reprises her role as Governor Jessman after appearing in both the original 2001 comedy and its 2018 sequel.
A Career That Began Long Before Wonder Woman
Before becoming one of television’s most recognizable superheroes, Carter made her mark in the pageant world. She was crowned Miss World USA in 1972 and went on to place in the Top 15 at that year’s Miss World competition.
Just a few years later, she landed the role that made her a household name, starring as Wonder Woman in the hit television series that ran from 1975 through 1979.
Still Inspiring Decades Later
Earlier this year, Carter was honored by the Paley Center, where she reflected on the lasting impact of playing the iconic superhero.
“It has meant so much to me to be Wonder Woman â she really is just the best!!” she wrote on Instagram. “Back then, the executives didn’t think a woman could carry a whole TV series âŠshows how much they knew! Ha! More than ever, the world still needs Wonder Woman. She is within all of us and don’t you forget it!”
Carter also made headlines in January 2025 when she turned heads at Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week, posing outside the Schiaparelli show with her daughter, singer Jessica Carter Altman, 35.
The actress is also mom to son James, 38, whom she shared with her late husband, Robert Altman.
