Spring has sprung, and it certainly couldn’t look better than on Alison Hammond.
The This Morning presenter, 51, was a vision when she stepped out in the floral waist-cinching dress of dreams by royally loved brand, Rixo.
The number in question featured elegant flared sleeves and was white, adorned with red roses. The former Big Brother contestant paired the flowing gown with cream patent pointed-toe flats.
Completing her stunning look was a flawless effort from the TV star’s glam squad, Alison looking picture-perfect for her jaunt on-screen.
Alison had her hair styled in immaculate curls. As for her camera-ready makeup, the mother-of-one’s look was comprised of glossy fluttery lashes, rosy bronzer and glossy nude lips – a winning combination!
Alison’s health journey
Alison previously revealed she has lost an impressive 11-stone working hard with a personal trainer, a journey she has been on for five years, sparked after she was told she had prediabetes.
One of the ways Alison has revealed she has maintained her weight loss is through fitness classes like reformer pilates and circuit training.
She told Closer last month: “I’ve just started doing Reformer Pilates and, oh my God, it’s so good. You feel absolutely incredible after it. I really need a good stretch – I’m stiff as a board – so Reformer Pilates has been brilliant for me.”
Alison added: “I also do this early-morning circuit class from the brilliant Steve Hensel at Blue Zone. I’ll go at 6.30 am and do a full hour, it’s a proper old-school gym.”
The presenter also opened up about her opinions on the recently publicised weight loss injections, something she confesses she is personally averse to.
“I think that, for people who need to use them, they’re a good thing — but for me, as soon as I hear any scare story, I get frightened, ” Alison said.
Adding: “So I haven’t wanted to use them, but that’s not to say I wouldn’t in the future, and I certainly wouldn’t look down on anyone who did.”
