Baywatch alum Nicole Eggert looked more beautiful than ever as she took to Instagram to showcase the scars from her ongoing cancer battle. The 54-year-old sported ripped blue jeans and a white strapless lace corset in the photo, and stacked gold necklaces to complete the look.
She wore her blonde locks in a neat pixie cut and smiled at the camera before philosophizing about grief in the caption. “Grief can arise from many life situations, but know it is not a permanent state of being, #breastcancer #makingyourselfssick #feelyourselfup #menopause #iloveyou,” the mother of two wrote.
Nicole’s friends and fans rushed to the comment section to share the love, with actress Alyssa Milano writing: “Insanely beautiful and I love you,” while a fan added: “I think you’re more gorgeous now than you were when you were younger.”
“Looking good Nicole!” said a third, while a fourth chimed in: “Most beautiful ever!” Nicole revealed her diagnosis of stage two cribriform carcinoma breast cancer in 2024, and endured eight months of chemotherapy and radiation before undergoing a mastectomy and reconstruction in August 2025.
The ’90s star, who portrayed Summer Quinn for two seasons on Baywatch alongside David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson, also shared with her supporters that she underwent a hysterectomy to prevent the cancer from spreading.
“We can give in to our fear and anxiety, or we can surrender to this great mystery with courage,” she wrote on social media. “What a journey. Test results showed early signs of more cancer. I am grateful to my doctors for keeping such a close eye on me. Full hysterectomy eliminates at least seven different types of cancers.”

She first became aware that something was wrong when she felt “terrible pain” in her breast and experienced sudden weight gain, before being informed of her diagnosis.

“When I got my diagnosis, I felt alone. It was a moment where there was nobody else dealing with it, really, except me,” the blonde beauty told People. “Like, I had to deal with this, I had to go through this, I had to walk through this, and only I could do that,” she continued. “It was just this moment of feeling like there’s nothing anybody can do for you. It’s between me and my body now.”
“And so for me and my journey and through treatment, I very much appreciated the time just alone with my body. Really listening to it and learning it and appreciating it and trying to build it back up,” she added.

© Getty ImagesNicole recalled how painful it was to tell her daughters about her diagnosis, with Keegan being just 12 years old at the time. “Dilyn’s an adult, so I just had a very honest, open conversation with her about it,” she said, before adding that Keegan took it harder than expected.
“The look on her face when I told her it was cancer…my world shattered. I knew I couldn’t leave that little girl without me. So it became very clear in that moment that I had to fight this and win.”
