Billie Eilish is living her best life, and we’re all here for it!
The 24-year-old singer is coming off of celebrating the two-year anniversary of her acclaimed third studio album, Hit Me Hard and Soft, as well as the release of the cinematic version of its associated tour.
Billie Eilish – Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour (Live in 3D), co-directed by Oscar-winning filmmaker James Cameron with Billie herself, dropped on May 8 and has received critical praise, plus over $26 million at the global box office.
And she’s been delighting fans with occasional glimpses into life in the aftermath with her signature Instagram “photo dumps,” with the latest capturing a bit of her as the life of the party.
In the new set of snaps, Billie was photographed dancing with songwriter Lucy Healey and her brother Finneas’ fiancée Claudia Sulewski, as well as some photos with other friends from recent celebrations.
It was Billie’s style that captured her 124 million followers’ attention, opting for an oversized blue Adidas track jacket with a black tank, matching pants, a patterned bikini top poking through, sunglasses, and a delicate silver chain.
The look also showed off her impressive ink, including a peek at the Chinese dragon going down from her abs to her thigh, the words “Hard” and “Soft” on her stomach (a nod to her latest album), and the three fairies on the back of her hand.
© Instagram“Where do i find an application to be your friend,” one of the singer’s fans commented, with another adding: “The baddest besties,” and a third going: “JAW DROPPING.” Her friend Sydney, who was also featured in the post, added: “Also bra + tank combo extra sexy,” with another friend simply going: “Cuteeeeee!!”
The “Hard” and “Soft” tattoos are the latest pair that the “Happier Than Ever” singer has shared with fans. The album it was named after gave Billie some of the best reviews of her career, won a Grammy from several nominations, and was another global commercial success, selling over four million copies in the US alone so far.
She previously told Rolling Stone of the origin of the album’s title: “I thought it was such a perfect encapsulation of what this album does. It’s an impossible request: You can’t be hit hard and soft. You can’t do anything hard and soft at the same time.”
© InstagramIn addition to the aforementioned ink, Billie also has a massive back tattoo spanning her neck to her lower back, as well as her surname, “Eilish,” written out on her ribcage.
While she’s expressed her fondness for all of her tattoos (in particular dubbing her dragon “big boy), the “Birds of a Feather” hitmaker revealed in a separate interview that the three fairies on her hand may be her favorite of them all.

This followed up her previously saying she’d “never” show her tattoos off in a previous VF interview.
