It’s Friday, which means we have a roundup of fresh musical releases to get your weekend started. This week was filled with drops to get the party started, so get your playlist ready and let’s have some fun.
CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, Jack Black – Goo Goo Ga Ga
Marking one of the most epic and random collaborations of all time, CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso team up with Jack Black for “Goo Goo Ga Ga.” Together, their vocals bring a surreal and playful energy with lyrics that tackle aging, ego, and immortality. The track is framed as part of their fictional “CRYO-CEREBRAL REBIRTH” treatment, a key chapter in the chaotic wellness mythology surrounding their upcoming album FREE SPIRITS, out March 19. It comes with a truly entertaining and incredible Ferina-directed video documenting the duo and Black inside the program. It comes after their GRAMMY win for Best Latin Rock or Alternative Album and the Sting-assisted “HASTA JESÚS TUVO UN MAL DÍA.”
beabadoobee – All I Did Was Dream Of You ft. The Marías
beabadoobee is back with “All I Did Was Dream Of You,” teaming up with GRAMMY-nominated Best New Artist The Marías for a dreamy collaboration born from years of mutual admiration between Bea and María Zardoya. Their ethereal voices melt together, and the track arrives alongside a cinematic video shot in Vilnius, Lithuania, marking her first new single since This Is How Tomorrow Moves debuted at No. 1 on the UK Official Albums Chart in 2024.
Marco Mares, Caloncho – ALIENS
Two of Mexico’s most romantic lyricists, Marco Mares and Caloncho, team up for “ALIENS,” a bachata-reggae love letter dedicated to people who feel otherworldly. “There are people who are so incredible they don’t seem to belong here. They love differently, feel differently, give without fear,” Marco shares of the idea behind the song, adding that collaborating with Caloncho, a longtime inspiration since he began writing music in 2013, feels like a full-circle moment. Produced by Eduardo Cabra, “Visitante Calle 13” in Puerto Rico and featuring Bebo Dumont on drums, the track blends reggae textures with ear-catching instrumentals and comes with a music video featuring them in the studio.
GIULIA BE – grillos
Brazilian singer-songwriter GIULIA BE continues to turn personal stories into pop magic with “grillos.” “‘I like turning situations that could feel really dramatic into something lighter and even a little funny, and ‘grillos’ has a bit of that spirit,’” GIULIA says, explaining how the track, part of her upcoming 21-song self-titled project, finds humor and irony in one-sided love. “We’ve all built expectations, created a huge narrative in our heads, and felt like we were living this big love story… then you realize that maybe you were the only one living that fanfic. It’s almost like a bucket of cold water, but I wanted to tell this story with humor and a bit of irony, because sometimes laughing at the situation is also a way of moving on.”
Ozuna – Una Aventura
Puerto Rican star Ozuna taps back into the reggaeton grit that launched his mid-2010s takeover with “Una Aventura,” marking a sleek return to his urban roots. Written alongside Henry Calderón and Johan José Francisco, the single arrives with a cinematic video directed by Fernando Lugo and filmed in Santurce. The track features sensual island energy that will have you ready to dance. The YouTube video garnered 3M views in one day, so you know it’s a hit.
Piso 21, Juan Duque – REGALITO
Colombian hitmakers Piso 21 enter their new era with their new album, Trescender, a statement about growth, permanence, and emotional maturity after more than 16 years together. One standout track is their collaboration with Juan Duque, which perfectly blends Piso’s romantic pop DNA with Duque’s urban edge. It’s an irresistible track that will have you grooving along.
Grupo Frontera, Silvestre Dangond – Imposible
Regional Mexican hitmakers Grupo Frontera join forces with four-time Latin GRAMMY winner Silvestre Dangond for “Imposible. Bridging norteño-cumbia and contemporary vallenato, the single is an example of the ever-expanding genre. “For us, it was very important that this collaboration felt authentic. Vallenato and norteño-cumbia share that same way of telling stories straight from the heart, and working with Silvestre on this song was exactly that: bringing together two musical worlds that understand each other through emotion. It’s one of those songs where we feel the lyrics speak to us even more than the music,” shared Grupo Frontera. “Collaborating with Grupo Frontera on ‘Imposible’ has been an incredible experience. I love joining forces with artists like them who are taking our music to new heights and connecting with so many people through honesty and feeling. When two musical worlds come together with respect and admiration, beautiful things happen — and that’s exactly what we experienced in the studio,” added Silvestre Dangond.
Thalia – Boomerang
The one and only Thalía kicks off a new era with “Boomerang,” the first taste of her upcoming album Todo Suena Mejor En Cumbia, out April 17, 2026. The track leans fully into cumbia, telling the story of a love you try to outrun, but somehow always comes back, wrapping her voice in a sound that honors the genre while keeping it fresh. It comes with a video, where she looks incredible, as she brings the metaphor to life, with a miniature Thalía appearing as the lingering memory her ex can’t shake.
Luis R Conriquez – Muchacho Alegre
Luis R Conríquez returns to his corrido roots with “Muchacho Alegre,” a personal track yet that previews his upcoming studio album, out May 2026. The autobiographical single traces his rise from humble beginnings to becoming one of the leading voices in contemporary Mexican music. The instrumentals are beautiful, with his unique voice shining through.
KRIS R – EL TRAP DE KOLOMBIA
KRIS R steps forward with EL TRAP DE KOLOMBIA, a 13-track project rooted in the streets. Channeling raw, real-life experiences into anthems of hunger and perseverance, KRIS R solidifies his role at the forefront of Colombia’s new urban wave, taking the neighborhood global without losing an ounce of authenticity.
