Malcolm in the Middle star Frankie Muniz announced that he was parting ways with his wife, Paige Price, after 10 years together. The actor took to social media to share a statement on his divorce from Paige, with whom he welcomed his son, Mauz, in 2021.
“Life update! Following a period of separation that we kept private, Paige and I have decided to move forward with ending our marriage,” he wrote on July 1, alongside a video of him dancing with Paige and their son dancing to “Check Yes Juliet” by We The Kings.
“After 10 beautiful years together, we’ve grown in ways that made us realize our relationship feels most natural and strong as a deep friendship and as co-parents,” Frankie continued.
“We share an incredible son who remains the center of our world, and we’re both happier, stronger parents because of the love and growth we’ve shared.” He added that he was “endlessly grateful” to Paige for holding down the family while he furthered his career.
“She put her own dreams on hold so I could chase mine, and she was always my biggest supporter,” he wrote. “That foundation of respect and friendship isn’t going anywhere. We’re excited to keep building Muniz Racing together and to co-parent our boy with the same teamwork and love we’ve always had.”
“Thank you for the love and support,” he concluded in the statement. “We both choose to not entertain any questions on this matter. Please respect our family’s privacy during this time.”
© Getty ImagesFrankie quickly deleted the video and reshared the statement on social media, this time with a simple picture of himself, Paige and Mauz at a racing event. Paige took to the comment section to show her support, writing: “Frankie, I am so sorry that you felt the need to delete an old fun video of our family because people are so cruel to you.”
“Divorce is bad, sure – it’s not like we’re excited about it…but we’re two adults who know how to be on the same team. I can’t believe people could scrutinize that.” He was then flooded with a sea of support from friends and fans, who echoed Paige’s sentiments.

They eloped in October 2019 in Arizona before marrying in a larger ceremony in February 2020. Their most recent public appearance together was in April at the premiere of Malcolm in the Middle: Life’s Still Unfair.

Trying to figure out what I like and don’t like after what feels like a reinvention of self,” she wrote on Instagram in May 2025.
“Three things are for sure: I love making my own flower bouquets, writing fantasy romance scenes, and honey lavender lattes. Make that four things; I now find myself loathing knitting.”
