Jennifer Aniston has long been committed to her fitness. The actress has discussed her approach to fitness throughout her life as a celebrity, practicing numerous workouts throughout her life. In recent years, she’s practiced a new workout that has made her reconsider her fitness journey and the mistakes she made in the past.
Recently, Aniston has been practicing Pvolve, a type of workout that’s simpler and more effective than other strict routines she’s practiced in the past.
Her trainer, Dani Coleman, recently revealed on the podcast “The Bossticks” that Aniston struggled with injuries due to the intense workouts she did.
“She’s talked about previous injuries she’s had and how she used to think that you needed grueling workouts, even when she had a back injury. I think the most rewarding thing is really seeing her mindset shift,” said Coleman.
The founder of Pvolve, Rachel Katzman, also shared some revelations that Aniston made to her. “She says, ‘I wish I didn’t destroy my body when I was younger to look a certain way because that’s what I thought I had to do,'” said Katzman. “‘And now with Pvolve, I look better than I did back then. I feel better. I’m stronger. I’m leaner. I just have more energy.'”
Aniston herself shared that what matters to her now is “consistency” and simplicity.
