The “Sorry” hitmaker shared two sweet images on Instagram showing him blowing out candles on a fresh cream cake topped with strawberries. In the second snap, a glowing Hailey leaned in close, smiling as they captured the moment together.

The pair kept it casual for the evening, sipping wine and fresh mint tea in what appeared to be a cozy restaurant setting.
