Kai Trump had a dream trip with her friends to celebrate the end of her high school experience. In new photos and a vlog, Trump shared photos of her trip with her best friends, where they traveled to Costa Rica to enjoy the sun and their stunning surroundings.
In photos shared on her Instagram, Kai shared various photos of herself on the beach, taken during sunset. The images show her wearing a white tank top and a white and blue skirt, showing off different poses.
“Costa Rica vlog out now!” she captioned the post.
On YouTube, she shared a vlog about her trip, showing some of her golf training back in Florida and then what she was up to in Costa Rica, where she was joined by her closest friends, who are often featured on her videos.
Through their stay, the group enjoyed the beach, their hotel’s pool, and had various meals out, often commenting on how much fun they had. “I never wanna leave Costa Rica. I want to move here,” she said.
Kai Trump’s fitness gains
In the clip, Kai also shared various of her workouts, sharing a look at her abs and fitness gains.
In an appearance on Fox News Digital, she shared details of her routine, including a diet that prioritizes protein and the trick that played a key role in her gaining her abs.
“I always have like 40 grams of protein in the morning through a shake or something,” she said. “So, if I run or I’m doing something crazy, at least I had that. I got that protein in,” she said. Kai revealed that eating right was something she grew up with thanks to her mother, Vanessa Trump. “Seeing how she eats and what she prioritizes … I kind of grew into that,” she said.
Kai revealed the key to her new set of abs: a wrist injury and reorganizing her priorities. “I literally told them, ‘I have seven months before I return to golf, we’re getting a six-pack,'” she said. “And I got a six-pack literally just by prioritizing the right foods and working out.”
She’s preparing to start her college career at the University of Miami, where she’ll be playing for the school’s golf team. Kai will then pursue a career as a professional golfer, a sport she’s pursued throughout most of her life, having mentors like Tiger Woods.
