Manhattan was brimming with notables in the days leading up to the 2026 Met Gala.

Last Saturday, Leonardo DiCaprio and his girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti enjoyed a pre-Met Gala date night at Dandelion, the trendy West Village cocktail bar from the team behind Zero Bond and White Horse Tavern.

“Leo and Vittoria appeared very close, staying by each other’s side throughout the night,” a spy told Page Six, adding that they were joined by fellow model Kaia Gerber.

Elsewhere in the hot spot, Darren Aronofsky and musician Andrew Watt were spotted enjoying some beers at the bar.

Two nights prior, Olympic gold medalist Laurie Hernandez joined the cast of Broadway’s “& Juliet” for a special “Champions Night” at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre. We’re told she played the role of “Charmion.”

Several Olympians were in the crowd for the special performance, including Alysa Liu, Amber Glenn, Ilia Malinin, Ellie Kam, Danny O’Shea, Madison Chock, Evan Bates, Jason Brown, Christina Carreira, Anthony Ponomarenko, Andrew Torgashev, Emilea Zingas, Vadym Kolesnik and Haven Shepherd.

That same night, Adrien Brody, who is currently starring in Broadway’s “The Fear of 13,” had his caricature unveiled at Sardi’s.

On Wednesday, “Summer House” star Gabby Prescod attended ButLikeMaybe’s “Olive You” art showcase at Milkweed Studios coffee shop in Little Italy.

A few blocks away, Brooke Shields, Dennis Quaid, Judith Light, Harry Hamlin, Dan Stevens, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Mark Duplass and Alexandra Shipp attended the AMC Global Media Upfronts at Spring Studios.

Before fashion royalty took over the Metropolitan Museum of Art, British royalty hit Manhattan. King Charles III and Queen Camilla hosted an event for the monarch’s charity, King’s Trust, at Christie’s Auction House.

Celebrity guests in attendance included Anna Wintour, Martha Stewart and Donatella Versace.

In a different borough, the Brooklyn Academy of Music celebrated its annual BAM Ball with star-studded guests, including Cynthia Rowley, John Turturro, Huma Abedin and Jaboukie Young-White. The red carpet was followed by a sit-down dinner, the New York premiere of Robert Wilson’s acclaimed “Moby Dick,” and an electric afterparty with a surprise DJ performance from Talib Kweli.

Tuesday night, conductor Gustavo Dudamel and pianist Evgeny Kissin performed at the New York Philharmonic Spring Gala at Lincoln Center — marking the orchestra’s first appearance with Kissin in 10 years.

That evening, Miranda Priestly lovers flocked to the SAG theater for a Cinema Society showing of the highly anticipated “Devil Wears Prada 2”.

Meryl Streep’s daughter Louisa Jacobson slipped in as the lights were lowering and joined A-listers like Clive Davis, Brett Goldstein, Susan Lucci, Helena Christensen, Lauren Santo Domingo and Huma Abedin.

After the screening, glamorous guests made their way to Central Park Tower’s private apartment on the 120th floor for themed cocktails like Priestly’s Paloma and Nigel’s Negroni.

Last Monday, George Clooney was honored at the 51st Chaplin Awards Gala at Lincoln Center. He celebrated the feat with a dinner at the venue, where guests included his wife, Amal Clooney, as well as Richard Kind, Julianna Margulies, Jane Rosenthal and Stephen Colbert.

Over in Midtown, Lea Michele, Jane Krakowski, Brian Stokes Mitchell and Ruthie Ann Miles teamed up to perform at Miscast26 at the Hammerstein Ballroom to raise funds for the MCC Theater.
