Nearly two months ago, Marc Anthony and Nadia Ferreira surprised everyone when they announced – right in the middle of their anniversary celebration – that they were expecting their second child together. The news brought a lot of excitement, but also one big question: are they having a boy or a girl?
Up until now, Nadia had shared a few glimpses of her pregnancy but kept that detail to herself. But the wait is officially over – the couple is expecting a baby girl!
On March 27, the two shared a joint post on Instagram to reveal the news. “A surprise full of love… God willing,” Nadia wrote, adding a pink emoji that said everything without really saying it. Along with the caption, they posted a series of photos from a special shoot to mark the moment.

Everyone’s dressed in shades of blue – which at first feels like it might be hinting at a boy – but the real clue is in the details. Nadia is holding a tiny pair of pink baby shoes with butterfly accents right by her bump, making it very clear that a girl is on the way.
For the shoot, Nadia wore a light blue crochet set, including a long-sleeve crop top that showed off her growing belly and a matching fringed skirt. She finished the look with a metallic belt and kept everything else simple, going makeup-free and leaning into that natural pregnancy glow.

Marc wore a navy shirt with coordinating shorts, a cap, and sunglasses, while Marquito kept it cute in a short-sleeve set. In one of the sweetest moments, he’s standing in front of Nadia, pointing at her belly while Marc looks on, smiling.
As expected, the comments filled up fast with congratulations from fans and celebrities alike. “Beautiful,” wrote Tom Brady. “So exciting—team girl!” added Lele Pons. “What joy! A little princess on the way,” commented Francisca. Lina Luaces, Antonela Roccuzzo, Ángela Aguilar, Wisin, and Daniela Ospina were also among the many reacting.
Just a week before, the couple had already stepped out together at Karol G’s charity gala in Miami, where Nadia showed off her baby bump.

This next chapter is something Nadia has been open about wanting. About a year ago, before this pregnancy became public, she shared on Despierta América that she hoped to grow her family. “In 10 years, I would absolutely love to have more kids,” she said at the time.
“My family truly comes first, and of course, God willing, I would love to have more children,” she added.

Back on January 28, while celebrating their third wedding anniversary, the couple announced they were expecting again. “Happy third anniversary! What an incredible gift life has given us. God is great. Marquito is going to be a big brother,” they shared.

He is the father of Arianna Muñiz with ex-girlfriend Debbie Rosado, and Alex “Chase” Muñiz, whom he adopted during that relationship. He also shares sons Cristian and Ryan Muñiz with ex-wife Dayanara Torres, and twins Emme and Max with Jennifer Lopez.
