Meghan Trainor has put in the work when it came to impressively shedding 60 pounds.
The singer’s personal trainer Bella Malibu shared a workout video on social media, which showed Meghan sweating it out in the gym.
The star was seen doing strength training as well as cardio to help her maintain her elegant figure.
The overlaid text in the entertainer’s video read: “The goal: strong mom,” as well as “Meghan Trainor’s strong mom blueprint.”
Bella narrated the video as she expressed: “Being a strong mom is the main priority. Strength training isn’t about how she looks, although she does look really good – it’s all about how well she’s functioning, how her body feels, and how long she’s actually able to keep up with her kids.”
She added: “Because she’s not training for a summer body – she’s training for a long, good life – one where she’s still strong enough to actually chase her kids, carry them, [and] keep going. Strong moms show up for themselves first so that they can show up for their kids for decades.”
Bella captioned the inspiring video: “Being a strong mom is the focus! Strength is the infrastructure that makes it all possible.”

Fans flocked to the comments to cheer Meghan on. One person wrote: “Keep up the great work mama.” A second fan added: “The best mom, wife and singer forever. Her transformation was amazing.”

Bella opened up about what it’s like training Meghan and the struggles that she overcame during her weight loss journey.
She joked in a previous video online: “Wow, what’s it like training Meghan Trainor? Well, you could say it’s like training someone who’s first day on Earth was literally yesterday.”
The personal trainor revealed: “She’s just naturally a little bit uncoordinated. We had to work through a few injuries from not moving her whole life, but she really does make up for it all with enthusiasm and effort.”

Meghan has been working out alongside Bella since 2024. Aside from staying consistent in the gym, the star also maintained a high-protein diet and has openly shared that she has taken the weight-loss medication Mounjaro.
