The 48-year-old royal immediately stood out in the official photographs, particularly in the large group portrait where she was surrounded by attendees dressed predominantly in darker shades of navy, gray and black.

Charlene opted for a white double-breasted blazer featuring structured shoulders and contrasting gold-tone buttons. She paired the tailored jacket with coordinating wide-leg trousers and a simple white top underneath, creating a sleek monochromatic silhouette.

The former Olympic swimmer completed her ensemble with pointed white shoes, keeping accessories to a minimum and allowing the sharp tailoring to take center stage.

Her beauty look was equally polished. Charlene wore her blonde bob sleek and straight, tucked neatly behind her ears, while her makeup appeared natural and understated. The pared-back styling complemented the clean lines of her outfit and gave the overall look a modern, business-ready finish.

A major moment at the Prince’s Palace:

Charlene was alongside Prince Albert as the royal couple welcomed ambassadors and permanent representatives of the Council of Europe’s 46 member states to the Prince’s Palace.

The gathering came as Monaco hosted the 1567th meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies on September 2, an event taking place during the Principality’s Presidency of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe. The presidency, which rotates between member states, is being held by Monaco from May through November 2026.

The meeting marked the Committee of Ministers’ return to work following its summer break. Earlier in the day, representatives gathered at Monaco’s Oceanographic Museum, where discussions included a thematic debate focused on the environmental crisis through the lens of human rights.

According to the Prince’s Palace, Albert used his address to reaffirm Monaco’s commitment to multilateralism, dialogue and the rule of law, while highlighting the role of the Council of Europe in confronting challenges facing European societies.

The royal couple later posed in the Palace’s Cour d’Honneur with the participants, including Council of Europe Secretary General Alain Berset and Deputy Secretary General Tanja Gonggrijp.
