In January, Sydney announced the launch of her new lingerie brand, Syrn. As per the press release, Sydney opened up about what inspired her to create the lingerie brand. “I was in the sixth grade with DDs. I hated the bra I had to wear. When I bought my first cute bra that actually fit, I wore it to pieces. Designing for different bodies is a huge part of Syrn,” she shared.
“I wanted to create a place where women can move between all the different versions of who we are. I love working on cars, I go waterskiing, I’ll dress up for the red carpet, then go home to snuggle my dogs. I’m not one thing, no woman is.”
Sydney Sweeney’s workout routine
The actress’s toned figure is courtesy of her dedicated fitness routine. She often goes to Solidcore, a US pilates studio. Solidcore describes its classes as “a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout on a pilates-inspired reformer. With the lights down and music up, you’ll find a stronger version of yourself by the first song change. Our core workout utilises slow and controlled movements scientifically designed to break down muscles (to failure) so they build back stronger.”
Sydney has shared that pilates is “one of the greatest workouts you could do” and she attends the classes two and three times a week. “It just makes me feel so toned and strong, but also elongated, and I feel so good doing that,” she told Women’s Health.
The actress has tried Reformacore Pilates, a technique that “builds on the flexibility, strength and control and endurance of pilates”.
