Alan Ritchson couldn’t help but showcase his ultra-buff figure during an outing with his wife, Catherine Ritchson, and their three kids, Calem, Edan and Amory. The Reacher star arrived at the New York premiere of Motor City on Monday with his family in tow, and opted for an olive green corduroy suit for the occasion.
The suit featured a deep plunging neckline, showcasing Alan’s bare chest underneath along with his array of tattoos and a long silver chain. The father of three also wore diamond studs in his ears, and looked happier than ever with his wife and kids by his side.
Catherine looked beautiful in a silky maroon jumpsuit with long sleeves, while Calem, Edan and Amory rocked jackets and white shirts. Their appearance comes just months after Alan was filmed in an altercation with his neighbor while riding on motorbikes with two of his sons.
The incident, which occurred in March, saw the actor allegedly striking his neighbor, Ronnie Taylor, as his children watched on. However, Tennessee police concluded that Alan was acting in self-defense and closed the case. “After reviewing available evidence, including video footage and witness statements, authorities determined that no criminal charges will be pursued,” the police declared.
“Mr Ritchson’s actions were found to be in self-defense. Although a potential reckless endangerment charge was considered, Mr Ritchson declined to pursue charges. With the agreement of the District Attorney’s Office, the case is now closed, and no further action will be taken.”
The family of five appear to have moved past the incident, and were all smiles at the NYC event on Monday night. Alan is incredibly close with his three kids, and even has tattoos inked in their honor alongside a bevy of other meaningful designs.
He has a sword and shield crest for Amory, 10, an abstract flame for Edan, 12, and a dove for Calem, 13. Alan previously shared the importance of his tattoos, which serve as “reminders” of the most meaningful things in his life.

“I’m in need of constant reminders. Important ones…Every day, I want to look for at least three things in my life deserving of a nail. Three things that don’t serve me well,” he wrote of his chest tattoo that depicts three nails.
“There’s no shortage of baggage and toxins for sure. I just need to remember the work [that] should be done. I’d be a monster left to my own devices. This tattoo is a reminder to strive for that!”
The star’s tattoos have to be strategically covered up for his on-screen appearances, and he credited makeup artist Kat Crisp for helping to make them invisible each time.
“This is us yesterday after she dipped me in a vat of acid to burn them off. I always say it hurts so bad, but she says it’s the only way,” Alan joked on social media alongside a photo of Kat working on his tattoos.
“She travels with me to each project so she can keep zapping that evil ink away. It’s her favorite thing to do in life, so she tells me! I know she loves her job because she smiles a lot when I tell her I’m getting another.”
