Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor allegedly dined with a woman who was working as Jeffrey Epstein’s personal assistant in his private rooms at Buckingham Palace.

Sarah Kellen worked for Epstein for more than a decade from 2001 and said she was regularly raped by the paedophile financier, stating she was “sexually and psychologically abused” by him.

Testifying before the US House oversight committee last month, she revealed she was invited to dine at Buckingham Palace by the former Duke of York and also attended the 18th birthday party of his daughter, Princess Beatrice, at Windsor Castle.

She identified Andrew and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, as being part of Epstein’s network of “prominent individuals”.

In a transcript from May 21, she said: “Prince Andrew was at the New York house. We also went to Andrew’s private apartment at Buckingham Palace for dinner. And we were at Princess Beatrice’s party at Windsor Castle.”

Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing.

Beatrice and Eugenie’s mention in the Epstein files

On Saturday, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, who is expecting her third child, made their first major appearance with the royal family since new documents were released by the US Department of Justice in January.

The York sisters attended Peter Phillips’ wedding to NHS nurse Harriet Sperling in the Cotswolds, with Beatrice, 37, showing her close bond with cousin Prince William by kissing him on the cheek.

The “Epstein files” release in January showed that Sarah had taken her daughters to visit Epstein in Florida in 2009, just five days after his release from prison.

In another exchange, on 1 July, 2010, Epstein wrote to “Sarah” saying: “(Redacted) will be in London on sat, any chance of your daughters saying hello”. “Sarah” responded two days later, saying, “Beatrice is in London with her father. Eugie is away with a cool boyfriend. How long (redacted) in London?”

Afterwards, the sisters withdrew from public life for several months, missing the traditional Easter celebrations and the centenary celebrations for the late Queen.

The former Prince, 66, was seen driving his Land Rover in the Sandringham Estate, with a large red blemish covering the majority of his right cheek. It’s currently unknown how he obtained it.

It came as it was revealed that police are investigating claims centering around a waitress at Royal Ascot in 2002.

It comes as part of the investigation into Andrew over allegations of misconduct in public office from his time as special trade envoy for the UK.

He was arrested back in February and held in custody for 11 hours on his 66th birthday. The former Duke was stripped of his remaining titles by his older brother, King Charles, last October.
