Aubrey Plaza has shared a first look at her growing baby bump. The actress recently revealed that she was pregnant with her first child, and has been spotted walking around New York City while showing off her baby bump.
In photos captured by paparazzi in SoHo, Plaza is seen enjoying the warm weather and showing off her baby bump in a chic and stylish outfit. The photos show her wearing a white t-shirt that showed off the bottom of her belly, paired with a brown jacket, black shorts, high white socks, and brown New Balance sneakers.
She completed the look with a large black purse, dark sunglasses, and her hair held up in a bun. Plaza was photographed throughout her day, showing her riding the subway and also strolling through the New York streets.
Over the weekend, Plaza confirmed her pregnancy in an appearance on the “Smartless” podcast. “Well, there is a baby inside of me,” she said to the show’s hosts, Will Arnett, Jason Bateman, and Sean Hayes. She joked that her dog also had to get an ultrasound the same day as she did.
“Today was a big day. I went to the doctor’s today, and my dog also went to the doctor’s. And both of us — my dog’s getting a scan right now. I got a scan earlier. I’m not kidding,” she said.
“She had to get an ultrasound on her stomach… And then I got an ultrasound on my stomach, and there is a baby in there,” she added. “It already has a cloak and a little hat. I think it’s gonna come out.”
While keeping things private, Plaza shared some of the things that excite her about becoming a mom. “I am. Yeah. I’ve always wanted, I’ve always wanted, I’ve always wanted to see what that’s all about, you know?” she said. “It just seems so interesting, that whole thing.”
