Spain’s national team was crowned champion over the weekend at the 2026 World Cup, after a thrilling final against Argentina. From King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia to countless celebrities, millions of Spaniards ecstatically celebrated the historic victory of “La Roja.”
Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova’s family has joined in that joy, as the former Russian tennis star made clear by sharing a new, adorable photo of their kids.
On July 20, one day after Spain claimed the World Cup at New York New Jersey Stadium, Anna took to Instagram to share how excited her kids were about the win. Nicholas, Lucy, and Mary, the oldest children of the former athlete and Enrique, showed their pride and love for their Spanish heritage, something their parents have clearly done a great job passing on to them.
In the picture, taken in a yard in front of a house, the three kids, 8-year-old twins and their 5-year-old little sister, are seen wearing Spain’s national team jerseys. While the girls also wore denim shorts and purple Crocs, Nicholas had on navy shorts to match his “La Roja” jersey.

While Lucy and Mary smiled straight at the camera, their brother showed his passionate fan side, seemingly caught mid-shout yelling “Goal!” There was no need for any lengthy caption; the kids’ photo said it all. Anna simply added three red hearts to the post, one for each of her babies.

Fans of the couple flooded the comments with loving messages for the children and their famous parents, though some admitted they would have loved to see little Romeo, the youngest of the singer and the former tennis pro’s children, in the photo as well. The baby was born at the end of last year and, although his parents were very private throughout the pregnancy, they have shared a few moments with him on social media.
Anna Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias are more open than ever about family life
Long known for fiercely protecting their privacy, Anna Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias have surprised many by opening up more since last year, especially after the birth of their fourth child. On December 22, just days before Christmas, the former Russian tennis star revealed Romeo’s arrival on Instagram, noting that he had been born on the 17th of that month.

Questions surrounding the newest member of the Iglesias-Kournikova family weren’t fully answered until March 19, when the proud mom reposted a photo Enrique had shared and finally confirmed what so many fans were eager to know: their baby is a boy named Romeo. The picture once again showed all four siblings, this time out enjoying a boat ride. Enrique hasn’t lagged behind, either; he has also shared a few sweet moments with his children, which have been warmly received by his followers.
