Gigi Hadid just proved metallic bikinis are the hottest style with sculpted look

Gigi Hadid just gave us all a glimpse into her summer bikini agenda – and it’s the ultimate cool-girl look. The supermodel took to Instagram on June 9 to share a mirror selfie that captured her posing in a metallic bikini.

The silver top featured a classic triangle silhouette with tie detailing. For an added twist, Gigi styled the metallic number with a pair of low-rise gray sweatpants and a striped knitted cardigan. The casual look was completed with a pair of reflective sunglasses. 

Gigi’s luscious blonde locks were swept back into an effortless updo while her makeup was left natural and radiant.

It seems the star is taking swimwear inspiration from her younger sister, Bella Hadid. The fellow supermodel also rocked a metallic bikini as she soaked up the sun on her super yacht in the French Riviera last month. Bella showed off her toned physique in a bronzed reflective triangle top and pair of matching tie bottoms.

Bella posed on a luxury yacht deck beneath the sun with a coffee in hand. “Morning coffees before work shall never feel the same from this point forward,” she captioned the photos. She sported a pair of oversized sunglasses while her beach blonde locks were left down to dry out in the sunlight. 

Gigi Hadid’s workout routine

Gigi’s sculpted physique is courtesy of her dedicated workout regime that blends high-intensity intervals and strength training with more low-impact movements courtesy of trainer Rob Piela, owner of Gotham Gym in New York.

The supermodel is a big fan of boxing and typically practices the sport three times a week. “It’s the only thing where I don’t have to think about anything and can shut my brain off,” she previously shared.

Gigi also does 30-minute strength training exercises with moderate weights and higher repetitions. This is mixed with Pilates to strengthen her core and improve flexibility. 

“I usually eat breakfast or have coffee before I do anything,” she previously told Harper’s Bazaar. “I live near the Smile, and I love their scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast. I drink orange juice and coffee always.”

“My personal motto is: ‘Eat clean to stay fit, have a burger to stay sane.’ So if I’m in the mood I’ll go to JG Melon in the West Village,” she added. “They have a little arugula salad that I could eat every day,” she said of Smile.
