Channel 5’s latest five-part thriller, Missed Call, had viewers’ hearts racing with its tense opening episode on Monday night.
Slow Horses star Joanna Scanlan leads the cast of the “tense and emotional” thriller, which follows a single mum whose teenage daughter mysteriously vanishes from a school exchange in southern France.
The show is penned by Paul Matthew Thompson, Sally Abbott and Matthew Thomas, who have several impressive writing credits between them, including Ridley, Vera and Death in Paradise. Plus, with BAFTA winner Joanna leading the cast, viewers can expect a compelling performance.
