Beatrice and Eugenie are fixtures at the Royal Ascot races but, according to The Mail on Sunday, the palace has decided that they will not be invited to attend this year.

According to the report, they are not expected to appear in the Royal Box or have any part in the carriage procession.

Sandringham is a fixture of the Royal Family’s routine, but in 2025, both Andrew and Sarah Ferguson were asked not to join the family for their Christmas celebrations.

The ban came in the midst of accusations regarding Andrew’s ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Andrew denies any wrongdoing, while Sarah has consistently apologised for her friendship with Epstein.

Princess Anne has been absent from several royal events, but most notably was omitted from the invitation list for Prince George’s christening.

Prince William and Princess Kate opted for a smaller ceremony, keeping the invite small and exclusive.
