Elliot Page is looking like a real athlete. The actor and Academy Award nominee is sharing his fitness progress, revealing an impressive eight-pack. He also shared the sport and training that helped him achieve his goals.
Page shared the news on social media, sharing photos and videos of his boxing training. A photo shows him wearing red shorts, boxing shoes, and no shirt on, sweaty and smiling for the camera.
In the post’s caption, Page namechecked his trainer, encouraging others to book classes with him and get hooked on boxing.”I’ve been incredibly fortunate to train with Coach Nolan. He’s a brilliant teacher, not just in the way he breaks down complex movements, but also in his strategic understanding of boxing and his thoughtful approach to the psychological side of the sport,” reads the caption.
“Training with Nolan has become an essential part of my life. If you’re in NYC and looking, I can’t recommend him highly enough. Just be warned, you may end up getting as hooked as I am.”
The clips show Page training with Nolan, rehearsing different moves in the ring, with Nolan using some floats. Page looks in tune with his coach, going through different complex moves and showcasing the muscles he’s developed on his abs, arms, and back.
Page’s followers shared their impressions in the comments section. “Abs on abs on abs!!” reads a comment.
“You are SHREDDED!!!” wrote a second person.
Page’s approach to working out
Over the years, Page has discussed his fitness, revealing that he’s never been much of a gym guy. “I like to bring my Quest VR, because that’s how I work out,” he said in an interview with GQ in 2023. “I bring that with me so then when I’m in a hotel, I can do it pretty much anywhere as long as there’s WiFi.”
“It’s good for stress, it’s good for all kinds of things,” he stated. “I’m telling you, it’s a game changer. I can’t stress it enough.”
“I’ve gotten so many people hooked on this. I don’t know what I was doing before without it.”
While it’s clear that Page has always been active, it seems like he only needed to find the right sport to become a gym person.
