Motherhood couldn’t look better on Hailey Bieber – and now we know why.
The 29-year-old beauty mogul revealed the impressive details behind her workout regimen since welcoming her adorable son, Jack, with her global popstar husband, Justin Bieber, all while showing off its impressive results.
Looking every inch a model, Hailey shared a video with her 58.1 million Instagram followers, which saw her as immaculate as ever in the gym, performing a set of Romanian deadlifts.
“Ever since I had my son, there has been a lot of:” the proud mother captioned her video, revealing that strength training has been her go-to regime since Jack was born nearly two years ago.
Despite the gruelling exercise, Hailey looked nothing short of perfect wearing a pair of micro hotpants, which accentuated her flawless tanned and toned modellesque legs.
She paired her tiny shorts with a charcoal grey sports bra over which she added a taupe crop top. As for her footwear, the Rhode beauty creator slipped on a pair of SKYLRK Matterdaddies
Hailey’s workout look was complete with her trademark slick-back bun, Diamond earrings and au-naturel makeup.
Strength training like an A-lister
Following her impressive video, Hailey added a photo of herself on what appeared to be a reformer pilates bed, but that is no surprise to her eagle-eyed fans, who will know that Hailey, alongside the likes of Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon and Margot Robbie, has always been a big fan of the practice.
In June, during an interview with Time Magazine for their Time 100 Most Influential Companies issue, Hailey revealed it was time to shake up her workout routine, explaining: “I love Pilates, I really do. But I think it’s become a little bit of a fad, and it’s really hard to find really good teachers that care about form.”
Hailey largely does strength training with the help of celebrity trainer Kirsty Godso, who also trains Cindy Crawford’s model and actress daughter, Kaia Gerber, and everyone’s favourite 365 party girl, Charli XCX.
Talking about how she trains her famous clients, Kirsty told Remix magazine: ‘These are some of the most scrutinised women in the world – there’s immense pressure on them to look a certain way. So the most important thing for me is making sure they feel good for themselves, not just for everyone else’s expectations.
“In terms of how I approach their training, there’s foundational work that stays consistent across the board, but then there are very specific demands depending on what’s happening in their careers, like Hailey navigating pregnancy and postpartum. My main objective is always keeping them ready at a baseline level of strength and conditioning – because in their world, there’s always something happening. A major shoot can pop up with 48 hours’ notice. They’re some of the hardest-working people I’ve ever met.”
