Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding took place over the weekend, and it was one of the biggest celebrity weddings in decades, but also one of the most private. Guests kept their phones away, and we’re still piecing the weekend together through Instagram dumps. On July 4th, Natalia Bryant and her mom, Vanessa, shared some photos, giving a glimpse.
For the wedding, the 22-year-old model wore a royal blue strapless gown with a dramatic floral detail across the neckline. Instead of saying where she was, she let the caption do the work: “something blue.”
Anyone following the wedding immediately knew what she was referencing. Among the thousands of comments was one from Khloé Kardashian, who wrote, “Soooooo beautiful.”
That stood out for more than one reason. The Kardashian family wasn’t part of the wedding weekend, and considering Swift’s very public history with Kim Kardashian, seeing a Kardashian pop up in the comments was an unexpected crossover.
Natalia’s mom, Vanessa, also shared her own photos from the celebration. She wore a soft blush off-the-shoulder gown and snapped a selfie, captioning the post “Congratulations T&T!!!!”
She shared another one with Natalia, seemingly snapped before the pair headed to the ceremony. “T&T,” she captioned the post, an ode to the newlyweds’ initials.
Neither gave fans what everyone has been waiting for- a photo with the bride or groom – but that’s pretty much been the theme of this wedding.
For an event that reportedly brought 1000 of some of the biggest names in entertainment, sports, and music, there’s surprisingly little to actually see.
Instead, guests have quietly been posting their dresses, tuxedos, hotel selfies, and getting-ready moments without showing what happened once they walked through the doors.
That level of privacy didn’t happen by accident. Security around Madison Square Garden was reportedly locked down well before guests arrived, with workers allegedly warned against taking photos and discussing anything happening inside.
According to Page Six, the night before the wedding at the rehearsal dinner, several people believed to have been hired for the event were reprimanded after allegedly attempting to take pictures.
The couple also reportedly had many guests sign non-disclosure agreements, though those closest to them were said to be exempt, relying instead on years of trust to keep the celebration out of the public eye.
As for what happened inside, Stevie Nicks and Paul McCartney reportedly performed.
There have been some guests sharing information, like Chiefs coach Andy Reid, who said Adam Sandler did a great job officiating the service. He even shared some of what Sadler said: “He said, ‘kiss every chance you have, every day,’” Reid told CNN. “Whether you’re going to bed or going to work or, you know, wherever, go ahead and kiss her.’”
Following the wedding, a sign that said “JUST&T MARRIED!” was displayed outside of the garden.
