Paris Hilton is showing some love to one of her oldest friends.
While attending the Opening Ceremony for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Los Angeles, the reality star, DJ, and entrepreneur revealed the celebrity women she’d most want on her dream squad—and Britney Spears made the list.
Speaking exclusively with E! News, Hilton named Spears alongside Kesha and Demi Lovato when asked which famous women she’d want by her side.
A Friendship That Goes Back Decades
Hilton’s mention of Spears comes as no surprise to longtime fans.
The two pop culture icons became close during the height of the 2000s celebrity era, frequently making headlines together as fixtures of Hollywood nightlife. Along with Lindsay Lohan, Hilton and Spears were among the most photographed stars of the decade, often drawing massive media attention wherever they went.
Over the years, Hilton has remained publicly supportive of Spears through some of the singer’s most challenging moments. She has spoken out in support of the #FreeBritney movement and praised Spears for reclaiming control of her life and career following the end of her conservatorship in 2021.
Their friendship has endured despite the ups and downs of fame, making Hilton’s latest shoutout a sweet reminder of their longtime bond.
Paris Also Hopes to See Demi Lovato
During the interview, Hilton shared her admiration for another member of her dream team, Demi Lovato.
She told E! News correspondent Erin Lim Rhodes that she was hoping to run into the singer at the event.
“I love her,” Hilton said.
Family Life Takes Center Stage
While Hilton still enjoys maintaining friendships with fellow celebrities, these days much of her focus is on family life.
The star is mom to son Phoenix, 3, and daughter London, 2, whom she shares with husband Carter Reum. According to Hilton, parenting has been even more rewarding than she imagined.
Calling her children the “sweetest little angels in the world,” she revealed that she has yet to experience the dreaded “terrible twos” phase many parents warn about.
“I feel so lucky. My babies are so kind and sweet,” Hilton said. “Everyone says, ‘Oh, the terrible twos,’ but I have not experienced that.”
Phoenix and London Share a Special Bond
One of Hilton’s favorite things to watch is the relationship developing between her two children.
According to the proud mom, Phoenix has embraced his role as a big brother and is incredibly protective of his younger sister.
“Phoenix is the best big brother to London,” Hilton shared. “He’s so protective of her, and they’re inseparable, so it’s really cute to watch them grow up together.”
The close sibling relationship has become one of the highlights of parenthood for the star.
Looking Forward to Becoming a Soccer Mom
With the FIFA World Cup festivities taking place around her, Hilton couldn’t help but think about the future and the possibility of cheering on her own children from the sidelines one day.
“I can’t wait till Phoenix plays soccer, and I could be a soccer mom,” she said.
For now, however, sports interests in the Hilton-Reum household lean more toward basketball.
“But for now they love basketball,” she explained. “They haven’t played soccer yet, but they kick the ball around the backyard.”
A Low-Key Father’s Day Celebration Ahead
As Father’s Day approaches on June 21, Hilton said she and the family are planning a relaxed celebration for Reum.
Rather than organizing anything extravagant, the family intends to spend quality time together at home.
“We celebrate Dad, because he’s the best, and probably cook something at home, and just chill and relax,” Hilton said.
One family tradition already on the menu?
“We love to make lasagna together.”
Between cheering on her kids, celebrating family milestones, and staying connected with longtime friends like Britney Spears, Hilton appears to be embracing a chapter focused on the people who matter most.
