Sheinelle Jones had reason to celebrate over the weekend as she marked a special day with her family.
The Today star took to Instagram to wish her twins, Clara and Uche Jr., a happy birthday, sharing a series of adorable throwback photos.
These included a picture of Sheinelle displaying her baby bump while pregnant, looking happy and relaxed while on vacation. Other pictures in the reel included her twins at various stages of their lives, from babies to present-day teenagers.
In the caption, the doting mom wrote: “14 years ago today … our lives were forever changed. A two for one special! In this second picture … I remember placing the twins at the foot of my hospital bed… staring at them in awe … in their little onesies. In the 5th picture, my husband had native wear made for their baby dedication at church; in the 9th pic… I remember their pre school graduation just like it was yesterday.
“Now…. I have three kids in high school! I am so thankful to be their mom… clearly… I even wrote a book about it. (All 3 of my children will always be my babies…. no matter how big they get!) Happy Birthday Clara & Uche! Love you!”

Sheinelle shares her twins with her late husband, Uche Ojeh, who passed away in May 2025 at the age of 45 after a battle with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. The couple also share older son Kayin, 16. Sheinelle has shown incredible strength over the past year and has marked several firsts, including her first birthday without Uche, back in April.

The book took six years to complete and was temporarily paused following the devastating death of Sheinelle’s husband. On publication day, her three children surprised her on Today.
Meanwhile, in May, Sheinelle revealed on Today that she was in the process of moving out of her family’s home to live in upstate New York. “I’m moving,” she said in a May 14 episode of Today, sharing: “The kids are going to a new school, so we’re moving. I have been going through boxes and boxes and boxes in our basement.”
